Hola!
I am Ingrid B Guerrieri (she/ella), a licensed marriage and family therapist and an expressive arts therapist supporting creative explorations of relational ethics, identity, and intentional living. I provide telehealth services for adults in the state of California, in both English and Spanish.
I am Colombian and have lived in San Diego since 2002. I identify as a cisgender queer woman who loves cooking, eating, and dancing salsa. I am also a free-spirited visual artist who has experienced healing and empowerment through art and play.
I am intentional about taking a curious and non-pathologizing stance in therapy. This is important to me because I think way too many things about you and your potential tend to be left out in conversations when described from the perspective of assumptions, problems, symptoms, and diagnoses. I believe in imagination and the transformative power of creativity, play, and art.
